Curious, he grabbed a paddle, gave it a try… and instantly felt the same rush he gets from stomping Goombas and saving kingdoms.

The bounce, the pace, the satisfying pop—Mario was hooked. Soon he was trading fire flowers for dink drills, warp pipes for warm‑ups, and power‑ups for perfect third‑shot drops. Luigi says he’s never seen his brother so focused. Peach says he’s “competitive in a cute way.” Bowser says he’s “annoyingly good.”

Now Mario trains daily, rocking overalls on the court like it’s a uniform of destiny. He’s earned his new titles:

“The Red‑Capped Rallier—Protector of the Kitchen, Master of the Mega‑Dink.”
